‘BJP Fell Into TDP’s Trap’

Amit Shah’s speech created tremors in ruling YSRCP. Responding to Shah’s remarks against Jagan’s government, YV Subba Reddy retaliated that Shah read TDP’s script on stage at Visakhapatnam public event. Subba Reddy didn’t stop there. He went on to allege that all those men sharing stage with Amit Shah at the event were Naidu’s henchmen. He said they were ex TDP leaders who switched to the BJP at the behest of Naidu.

Subba Reddy said Shah’s speech was entirely political targeting the state government. He said he was surprised that there was no mention about Special Category Status or Special Railway Zone for Visakhapatnam or Vizag Steel Plant privatisation. YV Subba Reddy said the state government in AP is pro-poor and delivering welfares to the various sections of people. He expressed shock over Shah’s attack on a welfare government.

Subba Reddy alleged that the BJP fell into TDP’s trap. He asked whether the BJP was not responsible for the wrongdoings and corruption of TDP between 2014 to 2019. BJP leaders are yet to respond to Subba Reddy’s sharp counter.
