BJP Alleges 1.45 Lakh Acres Land Scam By Jagan Gov

BJPs Satya Kumar Andhra man managing party affairs in Awadh region.

BJP national secretary Y. Satya Kumar fumed at the YCP government alleging that it had given away 1.45 lakh acres in Rayalaseema to Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy’s pet private companies, without Cabinet approval.

He even challenged the government to show the GOs relating to the cabinet approval, if the lands which costed lakhs of crores, were sanctioned to the companies in the proper way.

Taking to X, the BJP leader said that the ministers were lacking knowledge on government decisions regarding skill development funds and the officials were crossing their limits in exercising duties. Is there Cabinet approval for the recent policy decisions, he asked.

He questioned if the land for the pump storage hydro power project was given with Cabinet approval. Whose decision was it to give away 1.45 lakh acres in Rayalaseema districts to private companies?

The BJP leader also asked why was the permissions for the projects given first and then the promotions for the pump storage projects given later. Who designed this method of functioning and where are the GOs relating to these, he questioned.

Satya Kumar found that the YCP government allocated hydro projects to Shirdi Sai Engineering Limited, Indosoul, Aurobindo companies even before the MoUs were signed at the Vizag Business Summit. This led to allegations that Jagan was involved in insider trading.

BJP Leader alleges that owner of Indosoul and Shirdi Sai Electricals Limited was the same person and there are doubts that there is a scam behind allocation of lakhs of acres to the companies.

A complaint has also been filed with the Centre on the issue, according to sources.
