Janasena Gets Posani Booked

The leaders of Jana Sena seem to be more aggressive than the TDP when it comes to giving it back to the YCP.

The YCP government had filed several cases and ensured that the party chief N. Chandrababu Naidu had been sent to jail but now, the JSP leaders made it sure that YCP sympathiser, actor, director and AP Film Development Corporation chairman Posani Krishna Murali is booked for his baseless allegations against their party chief and actor Pawan Kalyan.

The Rajahmundry police registered a case against Posani Krishna Murali following High Court orders on a complaint filed by the them that he had been levelling baseless allegations against their party president Pawan Kalyan.

The JSP leaders approached the court after knowing that the Rajahmundry police did register their case even after lodging a complaint. On hearing the petition, the court ordered the police to file a case againt Posani.

In the past, Posani had said that Pawan’s goals were detrimental to the interests of Kapus though he belonged to the Kapu community. Pawan would never allow any Kapus to become a CM because he wants to be subservient to TDP supremo N. Chandrababu Naidu.

Police registered the case against Posani under various sections of the IPC including 354,355, 500, 506, 5007 and 5009.
