Jagan Delhi Visit on Oct 6 – Naidu Arrest Key Agenda?

Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy is scheduled to visit New Delhi on October 6.

In the wake of TDP supremo and former CM N. Chandrababu Naidu being lodged in the jail for nearly 20 days, Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy’s New Delhi visit has assumed significance.

According to information, Jagan would stay for two days in the national capital and in all likelihood, he would meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah during his visit.

Soon after the arrest of Chandrababu Naidu, there had been buzz that the Centre was also involved in the act as there was no comments either from PM Modi or Union Home Minister Amit Shah, regarding the case.

Naidu was arrested when Jagan Reddy was in London, on a private trip, and the Centre was busy in organising the G20 meet, honouring and holding discussion with the heads of the foreign countries.

This led to suspicion that Naidu’s arrest was pre-meditated.
