BRS MLA Malla Reddy is very famous on social media. His antics and peculiar behaviour have earned him a unique reputation. But he has now became infamous for an illegal land grabbing incident.
Shamirpet police have filed 4 cases including SC/ST case and a 420 case against Malla Reddy. He has been booked for a land grab crime by Shamirpet police. He and the concerned MRO who facilitated the illegal registration are named in the case.
The allegation is that Malla Reddy illegally grabbed 47 acres of lands belonging to ST people in Medchal. This happened during the election period. He allegedly did the registration of these lands in the midnight hours.
The complaint was filed by Bikshapathi Kethavath who filed a Pliant with cops, stating 6 persons including the MLA cheated on his land. Cases under relevant sections were filed on the MLA and the concerned men.
