Sharmila Hurt By YCP’s Personal Attack

YS Sharmila is maintaining an active presence in Andhra Pradesh politics these days. She is on a mission to strengthen the Congress party in the state. In the process, she is taking on the incumbent YCP government and her brother, CM Jagan as well.

Sharmila has now revealed that she is hurt by the personal attack that is being done against her by the YCP leaders. “I sacrificed everything for YCP in 2019 and even did a padayatra for 3200 kilometers, and what do I get in return? The same YCP leaders attacked me personally. I am hurt by this, but they can’t stop me. I am YSR’s daughter and I have the fighting spirit in me”.

Sharmila seemed hurt by YCP’s social media campaign with the tag “#MorusupalliSharmilaSastry” and she expressed this in her media meeting today when she said YCP is targeting her at personal capacity.

Sharmila again came back to targeting Jagan by saying the CM flouted many of his poll promises and couldn’t deliver the “YSR Rule” that he earlier promised. She called for a Congress-led government in AP. to get the desired special category status.
