The chief minister’s security is of top prominence for the state intelligence and security department and going by the latest media flash reports, AP Intelligence Department has detected a threat from maoists and terrorists to CM Jagan.
AP Intelligence Department DGP Anjaneyulu reportedly noted that the chief minister has significant threats from Maoists, terrorists, and anti-social forces.
In view of these threats, the security for Jagan has been increased substantially. From here on, the AP government will keep not one but two helicopters readily available at Jagan’s disposal in Vijayawada and Vizag. These helicopters will be reportedly paid a monthly rental of Rs 1.91 crore each by the AP government.
Jagan already has Z category security and this security fleet will be further enhanced due to the threat that was detected. His security fleet will be increased significantly effective immediately.
This security threat proposition is coming before the AP election campaign, so we can expect Jagan to be under the close watch of vigilant security personnel surrounding him henceforth.
