What Next! Will Jagan Go To CBI Court Every Friday?

YSR Congress chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is deeply tangled in multiple CBI and ED cases pertaining to disproportionate assets cases that have been pending for over a decade now.

If we dig deep, Jagan Mohan Reddy has been skipping the CBI court hearings over the last five years by filing absence petitions. He kept saying he is serving as the CM of AP and has official duties to attend and hence, he is unable to attend the CBI court hearings.

Sadly for Jagan Mohan Reddy, in this year’s election, he was stripped of the CM post by a huge margin as YCP was confined to 11 seats. Jagan went from being the CM of AP to not even being the opposition leader.

As a result, Jagan will have no valid reason to skip the CBI court hearings every Friday. If the CBI takes up the case seriously and expedites the trial, then Jagan will have no other option but to travel to Hyderabad every Friday and attend the court hearings physically.
