One of the principal formulas that is being carried by deputy chief minister, Pawan Kalyan is his tenacity to enhance the livelihood conditions in the agency regions of Andhra Pradesh. On this note, he recently initiated that “Adavi Thalli Baata” program as a part of which he has been interacting with the tribal folk in the area and getting to know about their problems.
Incidentally, Kalyan had been touring the Maoist dominated Alluri Seetharamaraju district for the last couple of days. However, the interesting thing here is that he stayed the night at the Araku area which is a daring decision.
Historical speaking, Telugu politicians do not prefer to stay in the agency regions overnight due to the Maoist activity here. Adding to that Kalyan had just visited the area nearby Livitiputtu village where late TDP MLA Kidari Sarveswara Rao and ex MLA Siveri Soma were shot dead by maoists in broad daylight.
In view of this prevailing condition, the police department reportedly advised Kalyan not to stay in the agency area overnight. This is a standard protocol that is followed for all politicians as well. However, Kalyan, being Kalyan, opted to stay right here and he did the same.
