After Pink Diamond, Now Goshala – YCP’s Fake Campaign

The Tirumala holy shrine holds significant prominence among the Hindu community. Politicising the Tirumala shrine is never a wise idea, regardless of the situation. However, this sensitive topic has often been historically used against Chandrababu. Earlier, it was the Pink Diamond controversy, and now, it’s the Goshala issue that has been brought up by the YCP group.

Earlier today, the official party handle of the YSR Congress shared a few pictures on social media and claimed that over 100 cows had died at the Goshala in Tirumala. It was implied that TTD mismanagement led to the deaths of these cows. The strategy appeared to be designed in such a way that the government would come under pressure.

However, the TTD has denied all these allegations. Shortly after, Lokesh tweeted, “I strongly condemn the baseless and malicious propaganda being spread on social media about cow deaths in TTD goshalas. There is no truth to these claims. TTD has clarified the facts. Devotees are urged not to believe this false narrative, which YSRCP has pushed to mislead and provoke.”

Earlier, Chandrababu Naidu made a significant revelation about the adulteration of the Tirumala Laddu that occurred during the YCP tenure. An investigation was later commissioned, and a few arrests were made. This took a massive toll on the image of Jagan and his YCP group. It appears that the YCP ecosystem wanted to plant something against Babu, and that’s why they fabricated the story about the Goshala today, opines a veteran observer.

Back in the day, it was propagated that Chandrababu was behind the disappearance of the Pink Diamond in Tirumala. But there was no concrete evidence to support this, and Chandrababu denied all allegations. It eventually turned out that these were baseless allegations made by the YS Rajasekhar Reddy-led Congress camp.

Now, something similar is being planted against Babu, as YCP has brought up the Goshala issue. While Chandrababu was lethargic in reacting to the Pink Diamond allegations, it is good that his government acted quickly this time and immediately dispelled the allegations made by YCP.
