Pakistan is making multiple attempts to attack the civilian areas of Jammu, Rajasthan, and Punjab. Several missiles are being fired, and the Indian defense system is actively thwarting them. As per the latest reports, the Indian Army has captured two Pakistani pilots.
National media reports that, Indian security forces have captured a Pakistan Air Force pilot after ejecting from his fighter jet near Jaisalmer. In another development, another Pakistan Air Force pilot has been taken into custody in the Akhnoor district of Jammu.
As of now, the identities of the Pakistani pilots have not been disclosed to the media, and they may be brought to Delhi soon.
Interestingly, with both India and Pakistan not declaring war officially, the Geneva Convention Act might not be applicable to the Pakistani soldiers who Indian army officials captured.
According to the Geneva Conventions, no prisoner of war may be subjected to physical mutilation or to medical or scientific experiments of any kind which are not justified by the medical, dental or hospital treatment of the prisoner concerned
