On the occasion of NTR Jayanti yesterday, social media was flooded with posts celebrating the legendary Telugu icon who holds a pinnacle position in the cultural heritage of the Telugu community.
Interestingly, even Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy was very proactive in conveying his respects to the legendary Sr. NTR on the occasion.
“The pinnacle of Telugu nationhood… A symbol of self-respect for the Telugu people… A grand tribute to the late Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao on his birth anniversary. #NTRJayanthi,” Revanth Reddy tweeted yesterday, and the post quickly went viral.
It’s common for Andhra Pradesh to celebrate NTR Jayanti, but the fact that the Telangana Chief Minister also wholeheartedly joined in is a notable highlight.
It’s also worth mentioning that Revanth Reddy began his political career with the Telugu Desam Party, which was founded by none other than NTR himself. So, it’s only natural that Revanth holds deep respect for him. After all, TDP gave Revanth the platform that helped him grow and eventually rise to the position of Chief Minister.
