One of the major political development in Telangana is going to happen in the form of the upcoming by election in Jubilee Hills constituency on November 11.
The by election is necessitated by the passing of sitting BRS MLA Maganti Gopinath and the selection is going to be closely fought between Congress, BRS and BJP.
In view of the political impetus that is depending on the Jubilee Hills election, KCR is set to get on the ground and actively head the campaign. The BRS confirmed that KCR is going to be one of the star campaigners for the party in the upcoming Jubilee Hills election.
Apart from the expected names like KTR and Harish Rao, it is interesting to know that KCR has also been added as a star campaigner for BRS. This could mark one of the rare appearances of KCR in the public arena after the 2023 election.
On one hand, Maganti Gopinath was a close associate of KCR, and the latter was very fond of him, and on the other, winning the sitting Jubilee Hills seat is going to be of top importance for BRS.
If BRS concedes this seat to Congress, then it could very well mean that the Revanth Reddy government is solid in power and there is no anti-incumbency to topple the government. So it appears that KCR has deemed fit that it is necessary for himself to get on the ground to battle out the crucial Jubilee Hills seat.
The Jubilee Hills by election is to be held on November 11 and the results will be out on November 14.
