YSR Congress firebrand Ambati Rambabu faced the legal consequences for abusing chief minister Chandrababu, in the most objectionable and aggressive set of words. He was arrested a couple of days back and is currently held in custody.
In this context, the latest development are suggesting that the Guntur court has granted Rambabu a conditional bail. This comes just a day after Rambabu was granted bail by the Andhra Pradesh High Court in connection with the case pertaining to abusing chief minister, Chandrababu Ba.
Incidentally, the Guntur court granted Rambabu bail in the case related to obstructing CI duties in connection with a rally held on November 12th demanding that government medical colleges should not be established under the PPP model.
YSR Congress has stated that there is a chance that Rambabu could be released from jail tomorrow. But this is not going to be straightforward decision as there are multiple other cases filed against Rambabu.
Considering the fact that there are over 40 police cases filed against Rambabu across Andhra Pradesh, it has to be seen if he’d actually be able to step out of prison tomorrow. Or whether additional PT transfers and judicial remands would be accorded in other cases.
