What Offer Did Jagan Give To Alla? CBN Should Be Alert!

Between 2014 and 2019, YSR Congress Leader Alla Rama Krishna Reddy filed several cases. These cases delayed Amaravati construction during that term.

He was successful in creating a debate that Amaravati is a scam and meant for a single community (Kamma). This became one of the reasons why Chandrababu Naidu lost in the subsequent election, and we all know the plight of Amaravati later.

Interestingly, Alla’s Mangalagiri is the biggest beneficiary of Amaravati yet he tries to stop the capital. He also filed a petition over the Cash for Vote case to trouble Chandrababu Naidu.

In 2019, Alla emerged as a Giant Killer in Mangalagiri by defeating Nara Lokesh. Back then, Jagan promised him a cabinet berth but then, he did not keep the promise.

In 2024, sensing that he could be rejected the ticket, Alla resigned to the party and joined Sharmila’s Congress. We do not know what happened but he ditched Sharmila days after that and joined back YSR Congress and worked for the party’s candidate in Mangalagiri.

But then, Nara Lokesh won Mangalagiri with a record majority and everyone thought Alla’s political career is finished.

After remaining silent until now, he filed a petition in the AP High Court seeking cancellation of Chandrababu Naidu’s anticipatory bail in the Amaravati Inner Ring Road case, alleging misuse of bail conditions. This came right after the ACB court issued a notice to Alla, asking him to be ready for the hearing on February 27.

However, the ACB lawyer informed the High court that a protest petition must first be submitted in the ACB court before filing a bail cancellation plea. The High Court agreed with this argument and postponed the hearing to March 10.

We do not know what offer Jagan Mohan Reddy gave to Alla to become active again. The TDP Government should become alert over Alla.

Alla Rama Krishna Reddy’s brother is industrialist Ayodhya Rami Reddy who is YSR Congress’ Rajya Sabha MP.

Alla is notorious for his infinite energy to file such cases to trouble the Government and then, Ayodhya Rami Reddy is there to fund and bring biggest of lawyers in the country to deal with these cases.

Irrespective of the result of these cases, they will be used to create confusion in the Public that something wrong is happening in the state. Once the cases are filed, Sakshi and YSR Congress supporting Media houses will amplify the issues.

So, the Government should somehow nip this in bud.
