Desire Or Delusion? Vijay Declares Himself As MLA!

Many actors, who venture into politics dream of big things but the majority of them meet premature conclusions without getting what they wanted in the first place. And at the same time, there are a few people who manage to get the trust of the public and going to see great things, like in the case of Pawan Kalyan.

Now we have the case of Tamil Nadu superstar Thalapathy Vijay, who is leaving his cinema career to enter politics. His recently launched political party, TVK is contesting the upcoming Tamil Nadu assembly election and things are shaping up well with regard to his campaign as he’s able to pull big crowds.

However, the latest comment from Thalapathy Vijay has created a discussion on social media as people are confused, whether he is showing strong desire or rather delusional.

“We will definitely come to power. Whatever my Position in TN, I am an MLA to my constituency. Perambur and Trichy East are extra special to me. I will visit there once every month, and you can easily meet me.” Vijay said in a party meeting today as he happened to declare himself as an MLA.

It is good to see Vijay saying that he would definitely stand by the people of Trichy and Perambur by visiting them once a month, and be ready available. But the fact that he declared himself as an MLA already is leading to comments about his excessive optimism.

A seasoned political observer commented that confidence will come a long way in politics, but when people see politicians bluffing then things can get tricky, so Vijay must be careful with his public speaking.
