YCP Cadre Database – Jagan’s Big Plan For 2029!

YSR Congress is preparing a Digital Database to capture the details of all its cadres. Jagan Mohan Reddy plans to have a direct connection between the cadre and the party headquarters in Tadepalli with minimal interference of the leaders.

The party started the verification of the Cadre ID cards and everyone will be given a Unique number. The Verification is already complete 99% in Gurajala constituency. Punganuru and Prodattur have also registered good progress.

Once the database is ready, the party will directly know who is active and who is working on the ground.

They will use them to know the working of the leaders, Group Politics if any, party’s condition in that constituency, etc.

If the cadre is not actively working in any constituency, the party will talk to the leaders and make necessary changes.

The party will give direct instructions to the cadre about the Programs in the constituency and will make IVRS calls to know the feedback about the party and the performance of the Incharges.

Giving paramount importance to this, YSR Congress is trying to inculcate competitive spirit by announcing rankings. However, some constituencies are completely lagging in this exercise.

Sajjala Rama Krishna Reddy is continuously being in touch with leaders of such constituencies via Teleconferencing.

YSR Congress believes that the future prospects of the party in elections will depend on how quickly it moves away from the traditional system of depending on leaders and being in touch with the cadre directly.

YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is very sure that he cannot afford another loss. Any Regional Party can not survive two terms in Opposition and that too cases against him makes things more complicated. So, he is keen on winning 2029 at any cost.
