The Election Commission of India has announced Assembly Elections in five states. Assam, Kerala, Puducherry, Tamil Nadu and West Bengal will be going for elections from March 27th and the results will be declared on May 2nd. The full schedule is out.
Assam and West Bengal elections will be held in three and eight phases respectively while Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and Kerala will have one round of polling on April 6.
