Anchor Shyamala’s First Reaction On Husband’s Arrest

The Raidurg police have arrested Narasimha Reddy who happens to be the husband of popular television anchor Shyamala. Narasimha Reddy was detained based on a complaint filed by a woman who alleged that she was cheated for Rs 1 crore. When the woman asked for return of money, Narasimha Reddy reportedly threatened her of dire consequences.

After the arrest, Narasimha was sent to remand and one more woman was also arrested in this case and her details are yet to be revealed. In her first reaction to hubby’s arrest, Shyamala said, let the truth come out. “The other day we reached Hyderabad from my in-law’s place and I was literally tired. I was also having some fever and so I slept off. My husband went out on Monday and did not return. I thought he was occupied with work and later I got to know through the media that he was arrested in a cheating case,” said Shyamala.

Adding that she is well aware of her husband and his behaviour, Shyamala said, “We are married for ten years now and I know him completely. He is not a person who misbehaves with women.”

But surprisingly Shyamala said she has absolutely no knowledge about this whole issue. “I urge the media not to report on a preliminary basis. Let the police do the complete investigation and let the truth come out, then we shall discuss everything in detail,” concluded Shyamala.
