IndiGo has sharply increased fuel charges for both domestic and international flights, citing a surge in aviation turbine fuel prices. The revised surcharge ranges from ₹275 to ₹950 on domestic routes depending on distance, while international flights may see charges up to ₹10,000. The new rates will apply to bookings made from April 2, making air travel costlier for passengers.
