POCSO Accused Bandi Bhagirath Gets Temporary Bail

Bandi Bhagirath, who was arrested in a POCSO case over alleged sexual harassment of a minor, has been granted temporary bail by the Malkajgiri Court. Arrested on May 16 and lodged in Cherlapally Jail, Bhagirath secured conditional bail until June 28, offering significant relief after spending more than a month in judicial remand.
