With the recent victory, Sergio Aguero was high on celebrations with the team after they beat France 3-3 (4-2) in penalty kicks. He took the entire game on his shoulders and helped the team a lot. During the game, Messi scored two goals, helping Argentina beat out France for the 2022 FIFA World Cup. The 34-year-old appeared in three World Cups for Argentina before retiring last December.

With this Lionel Messi family is on cloud nine. Enjoying the success, his wife Antonela Roccuzzo, and his three sons — Mateo, Thiago, and Ciro have stepped into the field after the game to help him celebrate his big win.

His wife Roccuzzo congratulated her husband with her Instagram post. She took to her social media and shared a series of photos taken after the game. She captioned the pics, “I don’t even know how to start. What a great pride we feel for you @leomessi Thank you for teaching us to never give up, that we have to fight it until the end IT WAS FINALLY DONE YOU ARE A WORLD CHAMPION, we know what you suffered for so many years, what you wanted to achieve this!!!”

She also shared a second post. And in this post shared a photo of Messi kissing the trophy, captioning the image simply, “MY CHAMPION ❤️🇦🇷.”
