The Telangana State Anti-Narcotics Bureau has busted a rave party in Hyderabad’s Madhapur. Acting on a tip, the officials of Anti Narcotics Bureau raided an apartment in Vithal Rao Nagar and seized a sizable amount of Cocaine and LSD, the banned drugs.
In the raids, the Anti-Narcotics officials have arrested a Telugu film producer, along with two girls and three other guys. The girls also have film industry links. Later, the Narcotics Control Bureau team handed over the arrested persons to Madhapur police. A detailed probe is going on.
The Narcotics Bureau is looking into the source of these drugs like who sold and from where they were sourced. As the investigation is underway, the Anti-Narcotics Bureau officials and police are not revealing the further details. The names of the arrested persons are kept private.
The Tollywood drugs link is not new. Recently, Kabali Telugu producer KP Choudhary was arrested in June 2023 where he was caught red handed for possessing cocaine. This created a sensation back then as KP had close links with several actors and actresses. KP was known for throwing parties to celebrities.
