In a life-changing moment, a Telugu man named Anil Kumar Bolla, who has been living in Abu Dhabi for years, won the UAE Lottery grand prize worth ₹240 crore (AED 100 million). He became the first person ever to hit the jackpot of this massive amount in the country’s lottery history.
Anil Kumar, 29, was at home when he got the call confirming his win. Shocked and emotional, he said it still feels unreal. He plans to celebrate his win with a luxury vacation and invest the rest wisely.
Interestingly, he chose his lucky numbers based on his mother’s birthday month, which turned out to be the winning combination. The win came right before Diwali, making it a truly special and lucky moment for him.
This record-breaking draw also saw 10 other winners, but Anil’s victory stood out as the biggest ever in the UAE Lottery’s history.
