₹100 Crore Worth Villas Coming Soon in Hyderabad?

Hyderabad is one of the fastest growing real estate markets in India, and this is due to the brilliant balance between urbanisation and economic growth. In accordance with this, the city is likely to welcome a super luxury Villa project, which amplifiers the living ecosystem around. 

Incidentally, Hyderabad could soon be welcoming a super luxury project where a single villa could be costing in the range of ₹100 crore. 

Going into the story, Aditya Reserve Villas in Gandipet are currently among the most expensive in the city, priced between 40 to 60 crore, with a strict customer screening. And now, the next phase, adjacent to Reserve Villas, is expected to feature half acre villas priced at around 100 crore each.

This new project, which will have hallmark villa constructions with each house getting half an acre allocation could be the costliest bit of individual real estate in the city. If each villa is going to cost as much as rupees 100 crore, then this overall project could be touching thousands of crores on valuation. 

Earlier, 1000+ sq yd villas priced at around 50 crore were planned in the Financial District, but the project was later converted into the luxury apartment development Raghava Nova. But now a swanky villa project is being proposed in Gandipet and this could be the new hallmark luxury construction. 

But it is too early to comment on this as there is no official announcement till now, and we have to patiently wait and see when and how this project would actually shape up in the future.
