Corona: Nationwide Goes Up; AP Down

India has recorded a massive jump in Corona positive cases on Sunday. In the last 24 hours, 4,213 new cases have been filed and this is the biggest spike till day. With this the total Corona cases in India stand at 67,152 and the active cases count is 44,029.

Also 97 people have died in the last 24 hours and total death tally is 2,206. The Union Health and Family Welfare ministry claimed that 20,917 people have recovered from the virus and the recovery rate jumped to 31 percent.

While the country wide, the cases are going up, in Andhra Pradesh it’s the opposite side. In the last 24 hours, 38 new cases have been reported and this is for the first time after nearly three weeks that cases count have reported below 50. AP has tested 7,409 samples in the last 24 hours and 73 people got discharged. The total recovered people from virus in AP are 998 and cases count is 2,018. 45 people have died from state.

Telangana has reported 33 new Corona cases on Sunday and the total is at 1,196.
