Veteran distributor and producer in the Telugu film industry, Narayan Das Narang is no more. He passed away earlier today in Hyderabad.
According to the reports, Narayan Das Narang had been suffering from age-related issues for the last few months. He breathed his last while undergoing treatment at a renowned hospital in the city.
In his vast career, Narayan Das had distributed many films in Tollywood. Of late, he had also produced notable films like Love Story and Lakshya.
Currently, his banner is bankrolling The Ghost with Akkineni Nagarjuna and an untitled film with Shekhar Kammula and Dhanush.
Narayan Das also owns the popular Asian Cinemas multiplex chain. He had also set up AMB Cinemas and AVD Cinemas in collaboration with Mahesh Babu and Vijay Deverakonda respectively.
The entire Telugu film industry is saddened by the demise of Narayan Das Narang. They are paying last respects to him and lending condolences to his family.
