Prabhas’ Producer Asking To Change Director?

Apparently, the first ever collaboration of Prabhas and director Maruthi is somehow not shaping up well as it looks. Though the director is confident before the release of Pakka Commercial that his film with Prabhas, tentatively titled “Raja Deluxe”, will take off soon, it looks like things are not falling into place now.

A report is doing rounds that producer DVV Danayya who was supposed to bankroll this project, is not interested in taking up the film with Maruthi as a director. After watching Pakka Commercial, Danayya is said to have felt that Maruthi might not be able to come up with something afresh or he might not be easily handle the stardom of Prabhas.

At the same time, even Prabhas is said to be re-thinking about doing Raja Deluxe as he can’t afford to do a simple horror comedy at this point of time in his career. It looks like a new director is needed now for the combination of Prabhas and Danayya which is likely to take place after Salaar and Project K gets wrapped. Meanwhile Prabhas has Aadipurush ready for release.
