We all know the effort that Jr NTR and Ram Charan had put into their respective roles in RRR. Both of them underwent a massive physical transformation for this movie. Especially, NTR attained a rugged and chiseled physique for his role Bheem.
We get to see his structured body in the sensational introduction scene. Apparently, there is a hard work of 18 months that went behind achieving that physique. NTR’s trainer Lloyd Stevens said the actor trained hard for 18 months to attain body for RRR and Aravinda Sametha.
Recently, an old workout video of NTR was doing rounds on social media. Informing about the same, Steevens tweeted, “Appreciate you pointing out this fact, let me make it clearer. The transformation for Bheem was an accumulation of intense workouts (such as the one posted) over the span of approx 18 months or more to get the desired end result, this included the transformation for AVS.”
Steevens’s tweet proves how hard NTR worked for his last two films. We hear that the actor is also working out daily to get an even massier look for his upcoming film, NTR 30. Directed by Koratala Siva, this movie will hit the floors by the end of this year.
