Hero Karthi and director PS Mithran came up with Sardar which was released ahead of Diwali to a blockbuster response. The film indeed becomes the highest-grosser in Karthi’s career. Raashi Khanna and Rajisha Vijayan played the heroines in the movie produced by S Lakshman Kumar under Prince Pictures.
