Pathaan Teaser Out; Netizens Compare It To Saaho

After a long hiatus of more than four years, Shah Rukh Khan is returning back to cinemas with his new film Pathaan. Directed by Siddharth Anand, this film features Deepika Padukone and John Abraham in the other main roles.

On the occasion of Shah Rukh’s birthday, the makers unveiled Pathaan’s teaser this morning. Going by the teaser, the film looks like a solid action thriller. But one cannot deny its uncanny resemblances with the 2019 action drama Saaho, starring Prabhas.

Many sequences that are shown in Paathan’s teaser were already seen in Saaho. People are now comparing the visuals of Saaho and Pathaan and are saying that the former was way better in the aspect of technical standards.

A fan said that Sujeeth handled Saaho’s technicalities way better. Another fan opined that if Saaho had a better story, it would have been the best action-thriller in Indian cinema.
