Ram Charan’s upcoming sports drama set in a rural backdrop, which is to be directed by Uppena fame Buchi Babu Sana is rumoured to be onboarding Oscar winner and acclaimed music composer AR Rahman. This news has some Telugu fans worried if the music will have a Tamil flavour to it, as Rahman has not produced any direct Telugu hits so far in his career.
His direct films like Super Police back in the 90s didn’t click here, while his super hit songs are dubbed versions of Tamil or Hindi songs here. Nevertheless, he has achieved major success in both Tamil and Hindi movies in addition to achieving international acclaim through his score for Slumdog Millionaire. But the fact is that Rahman can help propel Charan’s image further globally, which is why Buchi Babu is opting for him.
Currently, Ram Charan is enjoying a vacation trip in the Maldives along with his expecting-wife Upasana Kamineni. The couple has become talk of the town ever since her pregnancy and after returning from the holiday he might wrap Shankar’s Game Changer balance work.
