This Sankranthi we have some star-studded movies like Guntur Kaaram, Hanu Man, Eagle, Saindhav and Naa Saami Ranga locking horns at theatres. However, with five films being a little too much for theatres, recently all the producers of these films have met under Dil Raju’s leadership and were explained the consequences of the clash.
While a talk has earlier popped out that Teja Sajja’s Hanu Man is getting pressurised to postpone the release, the makers have clarified that they can’t miss out on the huge North India release on Jan 12th, for which the campaign also got started. A talk is now being heard that if Hanu Man can’t go back, then distributors are suggesting Nagarjuna’s Naa Saami Ranga to hold the horses. As Nagarjuna hasn’t locked the final copy, and also hasn’t finalised the OTT deal and other rights as well, distributors are opining that he could take some time to finish the deals and release the film.
However, Nagarjuna is reluctant to move the film as the Sankranthi season is quite lucky and profitable for his movies. We have to see what happens.
