Global Star Ram Charan and Uppena fame Buchi Babu Sana came together for the much-anticipated pan-India film, RC 16. Janhvi Kapoor, who made a grand Telugu debut with Devara, is playing the leading lady in this movie. The shoot began a few days ago in Mysore.
Already, the team announced that Kannada Superstar Shiva Rajkumar and popular Telugu actor Jagapathi Babu will be playing pivotal supporting roles in this movie. Now, the makers announced that Bollywood actor Divyenndu will also be a part of this project. An announcement poster was released, featuring Divyenndu in a stylish powerful look.
Divyenndu is known for acting in films like Pyaar Ka Punchnama, Batti Gul Meter Chalu and Madgoan Express. However, he shot to huge popularity with the super hit series, Mirzapur, in which he played the role of Munna Bhaiya. He will join the sets of RC 16 in the second schedule.
Looking at this ensemble cast featuring powerful actors, it looks like Buchi Babu Sana is cooking a massive project with loads of interesting elements. Jagapathi Babu, Shivanna and Divyenndu are powerful actors who can steal the show with their performances. If they are given author-backed roles, they will definitely turn out to be major assets for the movie.
AR Rahman is composing the music for this movie and Ratnavelu is handling the cinematography. More details about the rest of the cast and crew are expected to be out in the coming days.
