“Bollywood Producers Must Learn From South Producers”

After struggling big time in career, Bobby Deol found success with Animal and his new innings is unstoppable. Similarly, his brother Sunny also scored a massive hit with Gadar 2, post which, there is no looking back for him as well. He is busy with the promotions of his next film Jaat, in the direction of Gopichand Malineni. Mythri Movie Makers produced the film. In one of the recent promotional events, Sunny shared that the producers in Bollywood must learn from their counterparts in South.

The statement made by Sunny seems to have come straight from his heart as he understood the difference in the working style of producers in Hindi as well as South. “You all call it Bollywood, but first, refer to it as Hindi cinema. Look at how South filmmakers make movies with love, passion, and complete trust in their directors. Once the script is locked, they go all in, leaving no stone unturned to bring that vision to life,” he said.

On the same note, Sunny Deol praised the producers behind Jaat for their dedication and commitment throughout the making of the movie. Sunny feels that the Bollywood producers lack faith in the filmmakers of late.

However, some say that Sunny is deeply hurt with the delay of Lahore 1947 and the outdated and conventional methods that the producers are following in Bollywood while making the films.

On the other hand, Jaat, also starring Jagapathi Babu, Ranadeep Hooda, Regina and others will release next month.
