May is always special for Nandamuri fans, not just because of the legendary Sr. NTR’s legacy, but also because Jr. NTR, celebrates his birthday this month. Every year, Tarak makes sure to give his fans something exciting on his birthday — usually an update or reveal from one of his upcoming films.
This year, fans are in for a double treat on May 20, his birthday. Jr. NTR is currently working on two major films: War 2 and a film with director Prashanth Neel. According to sources, special glimpses from both films are set to be released on his birthday.
The glimpse from the Prashanth Neel film is confirmed — fans can expect a poster with the official title. Interestingly, while Bollywood usually doesn’t reveal glimpses on actors’ birthdays, the War 2 team is making an exception for Tarak. The film, directed by Ayan Mukerji and produced by Yash Raj Films, also stars Hrithik Roshan and is slated to release on August 14, 2025.
Meanwhile, the Prashanth Neel project is scheduled for release on June 25, 2026.
