Dhananjay of Pushpa fame is coming up with a historical film Halagali being directed by Sukesh DK and produced by Kalyan Chakravarthy Dhoolipalla on Duhar Movies banner. This is the most expensive movie for Dhananjaya, and will be released at Pan India level. The first look poster with a title Battle For The Weapons, show Dhananjay in a powerful avatar.
To introduce Dhananjay’s character and also to introduce the backdrop of the movie, the makers unveiled a first look teaser. The movie unfolds the untold story of the Bedar community of Halagali, known for their guerrilla warfare against the British. Dhananjay makes powerful entry towards the end, as a fearless leader of his community, who dares to fight the British.
The visuals are grand, hinting at a lavish production. Vasuki Vaibhav’s intense background score adds further impact to the teaser. Overall, the first look teaser builds strong anticipation for the film, which is set to be released in two parts.
The film also features Sapthami Gowda in a key role and is being shot across breathtaking locations around the world.
