Karan Johar Criticises Sub-Culture of Podcasters

Filmmaker Karan Johar is not new about voicing his bold opinions. He is always ready to either encourage someone or criticize on the face. Now, he took to social media recently to express an opinion against a section of podcasters who invite a few guests that make offensive comments about the film industry folks.

Karan Johar criticizes that some people claiming to be astrologers make disturbing predictions about celebrities. At the same time, some people who does not have any connection with films also make absurd comments about the working within the cinema field.

“While I have utmost respect for credible and respectable members of the media! One sub-culture of podcasters (basically chat shows with new age terminology) has emerged from the woodworks —woods that no GPS can locate. They invite guests who have nothing to lose.

Who haven’t been invited since World War 2, and those guests spew venom and say the most disrespectful things about hardworking and legendary members of our fraternity! This needs to stop! Also, psychics and astrologers giving awful and scary revelations, even about people’s impending death, is both insensitive and disgusting! Free speech? Yes. Clickbait for followers? No!!”
