Ananya Panday, who is currently on the rise in her career, shocked everyone by opting out of Maddock Films’ upcoming fantasy-romance drama, Choomantar. The actress reportedly decided to do so due to scheduling conflicts. The film is supposed to begin next month, but the actress is focusing on the shoot of her web series. Interestingly, Sreeleela is now in talks for the role.
Sreeleela is not attracting big offers in Telugu. Her last film Mass Jathara also ended as a dud at the box office. She is also waiting for her debut in Hindi cinema and even before its release, she already became the hot shot of the Bollywood film circles. She is currently working on Anurag Basu’s directorial, starring Kartik Aaryan.
Sreeleela is also in talks for a dance number for a Hindi film and is in discussions with a couple of other filmmakers. In between this, Choomantar will surely be an interesting offer in her kitty. If the opportunity finally lands in Sreeleela’s lap, it would give her a big boost.
Ananya Panday has to shoot for the second season of her hit web series titled Call Me Bae. The actress was initially interested in working with the producers of Munjya and Stree 2, but unfortunately, the scheduling conflicts ruined her hopes.
Apart from Sreeleela, Janki Bodiwala are now in talks to replace Ananya. More details are awaited on the same.
