Music Director Thaman had attended the Teaser Launch of Bandmelam starring Court fame Roshan and Sridevi. The movie releases on March 13th.
During his speech, Thaman had a slip of tongue. Addressing the hero and heroine, Thaman very casually said, “Make sure your chemistry does not turn into Physics”.
For those who do not understand, he is asking them to make sure their on-screen chemistry does not get physical.
It was a comment made in a lighter tone but then, Thaman should be careful while speaking in Public.
Both Roshan and Sridevi are small kids. They are very new to the industry. Making such a comment about them even in a funny tone is not at all in good taste.
They are visibly embarrassed by that comment particularly the girl.
Kids like this when successful will motivate parents to send their children to the industry.
Outsiders will pass such cheap comments but if we from the industry make such comments, it will send wrong signals to the parents out there.
Thaman is a big technician and word of his will carry so much weight. He should be very careful in future.
