Sensational actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu reportedly decided to go on a one-year break from films to prioritize her health. According to sources, Samantha is currently working on the film “Kushi” with Vijay Deverakonda, and once this final shooting schedule is completed in the next few days, she will have fulfilled her commitments.
Additionally, she is almost finished with her work on the series “Citadel.”
During this break, Samantha has decided not to sign any new Telugu or Bollywood films and will dedicate her time to focus on her health and seek additional treatment for Myositis. It is also mentioned that she has returned advance payments to producers for projects she had previously committed to.
In late 2022, Samantha revealed that she had been diagnosed with an autoimmune condition called Myositis and has been undergoing treatment for it. In a recent interview, she spoke about her recovery, stating that she has good days and bad days, but she remains determined to fight through the challenges. She clarified that her condition is not life-threatening, and while it can be draining and tiring, she is a fighter and will continue to fight.
