The United Kingdom administration had been facing a lot of negative commentary in the recent past, due to failed immigration policies and inadequate law and order enforcement. This has resulted in extreme political pressure on the sitting Prime Minister.
The latest developments are suggesting that United Kingdom, Prime Minister Keir Starmer is going to step down in a matter of few hours after a failed outcome in the recent by election.
Interestingly enough, this news was confirmed by United States president Donald Trump, who had his trademark troll on the same.
President Trump says Keir Starmer will resign as Prime Minister of The United Kingdom. “He failed badly on two very important subjects, immigration and energy.” Trump said on this matter as he passed a piece of social commentary during this hour of political crisis in UK.
A series of scandals and policy U-turns have hurt Starmer’s popularity in the United Kingdom over the last few months with more than 100 Labour MPs publicly calling for him to go. Once he quits, Britain will get its seventh prime minister since 2016 and this is a shocking statistic for a leading country like the United Kingdom.
