Babu and Lokesh Never Bothered About NTR’s Film: Perni Nani

Perni Nani

AP Cinematography minister Perni Nani has responded to the restrictions being brought in the wake of Powerstar Pawan Kalyan’s ‘Bheemla Naayak’ release. Denying any foul play on behalf of the state government Perni Nani said, the oppositions are politicising every issue.

“Our government was supposed to issue G.O. regarding movie tickets this week. But under unfortunate circumstances our cabinet colleague passed away earlier this week and we are yet to recover from this loss. So there occurred a delay in releasing the G.O. and why did the producers of ‘Bheemla Naayak’ rushed for the release when they are not unhappy with the current ticket prices. They should have waited for another couple of days till the G.O. was out,” said Perni Nani.

On TDP chief Chandrababu and Lokesh’s comments, Nani questioned whether both father and son ever bothered about NTR’s films? “Did Lokesh tweet anytime when NTR’s film was released previously? I still don’t understand the one-sided love of Chandrababu towards Pawan. While we as ministers are still upset with the loss of our colleague, Chandrababu is doing politics in the hour of grief and it was this man who talked politics beside Harikrishna’s corpse,” said Nani.

The AP minister tried to belittle Pawan that his party, YCP never bothered and cared about Pawan as a politician. “We did not recognise Pawan as a politician in 2014 and 2019 and we will follow the same stand in 2024 elections too,” added the YCP leader.

These comments by minister Perni Nani are evident that Jagan government targeted Pawan yet again even though they can deny it. Earlier in the day Perni Nani faced the heat of Pawan Kalyan fans at Gudivada when he along with Kodali Nani inaugurated a new theatre.
