TDP-Janasena List Based On Mega 1.3 Cr People Survey

Those close to Chandrababu Naidu often comment that he is a politician who values public feedback above anything and everything. This can be understood if we look at the background work that went into the announcement of the joint list of candidates by Telugu Desam and Janasena.

As revealed by Chandrababu Naidu, the first list of candidates announced by TDP and Janasena is based on a mega survey with a sample size of 1,33,33,000(1.3 crore) people. This means that 1.3 crore AP residents were surveyed and the data was compiled to curate the list of candidates, which indicates that each of these candidates was vouched for by the common public in the state.

Naidu revealed that this is the first time in the history of Indian politics that such a major public survey was conducted to finalize the candidates.

After the defeat in 2019 elections, Telugu Desam and its head Chandrababu Naidu changed the method of operation and electioneering strategies. This announcement from Naidu about the mega survey behind the finalization of the candidates validates the point.
