As we reported earlier in the day today, Print media came up with a report saying Kesineni is contemplating a move to BJP after a failed stint with YSRCP. It was reported that Nani is coming out of political retirement and would be joining BJP soon.
This report has now triggered a response from Nani himself and he affirmatively stated that the news about him joining BJP is nothing but trash.
“In response to recent media speculation, I want to once again clarify my position regarding my political retirement. That decision remains unchanged. However, I sincerely believe that one does not need to be in politics to serve the people. Public service is a lifelong commitment, and I will continue to work for the welfare of the people of Vijayawada Parliamentary constituency.” Nani stated.
The former MP pointed out that he’s not coming out of his political retirement and dispelled speculation about him joining in BJP sooner or later.
My service to society is not tied to any political party or position, but to my deep-rooted dedication to the well-being of my fellow citizens of Vijayawada.
I urge everyone to disregard any baseless reports regarding my political comeback. My focus remains solely on contributing to the development and prosperity of Vijayawada Parliamentary Constituency, he concluded.
With this strong and decisive statement, Nani has concluded that he is not interested in returning to politics. He disregarded the narrative about him looking at BJP through an official tweet a few minutes back.
