The Cockroaches brought the Narendra Modi Government on to its knees. After the Protests at the Jantar Mantar, Modi Government had to make Education Minister Dharmendra Prasad resign taking the responsibility.
This is the biggest blow to Modi this term. Nation is welcoming this as the success of the Youth. Many even perceive this as the first step of Youth becoming vigilant and politically aware in the country.
It is a shock to everyone about how someone nameless and faceless could bring a powerful leader like Narendra Modi to compromise.
Motivated by this victory, Jagan Mohan Reddy suddenly took over the issue of alleged irregularities in the Mega DSC and demanded the resignation of Minister Nara Lokesh.
However, it is clear that this is a politically motivated issue and so, there was no support from the people. And now, even the court refused to interfere.
The Andhra Pradesh High Court has refused to order a CBI inquiry into the ‘Mega DSC’ recruitment process.
YSR Congress MLC Parvathareddy had filed a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) seeking a CBI probe into the matter.
The High Court heard the petition and questioned why candidates who were disadvantaged by the sports quota were not approaching the court directly.
The court stated that it could not agree with the petitioner’s argument that candidates were afraid to approach the court. It further remarked that allowing a PIL filed for political gain would undermine the very purpose of such litigation.
With this, it is clear that there is no substance in the allegations on Mega DSC.
