The Centre has transferred CBSE Chairman Rahul Singh and Secretary Himanshu Gupta amid the growing controversy over the board’s On Screen Marking (OSM) system. A high level committee has been constituted to investigate the procurement process of OSM services and examine alleged irregularities in the tender and evaluation framework.
