Actress Pooja Hedge faced a bitter experience with a crew member of Indigo airline and she posted the same on her Twitter. Pooja added that the staff member was rude and literally threatened for no reason.
“Extremely sad with how rude @IndiGo6E staff member, by the name of Vipul Nakashe behaved with us today on our flight out from Mumbai. Absolutely arrogant, ignorant and threatening tone used with us for no reason. Normally I don’t tweet abt these issues, but this was truly appalling,” tweeted Pooja.
This tweet from Pooja reached Indigo airline and the management swung into action to get the details of her flight and staff member who misbehaved with Pooja and since she mentioned the name of the staff, it could lead to more trouble for the concerned person.
Off late Indigo airline is catching up with too many controversies. A few days back Indigo denied entry to a disabled boy and the Civil aviation found fault with the airlines and imposed a penalty of Rs 5 Lakh.
