It’s A Brave Move On Nithiin’s Part: Tamannaah

Nithiin’s upcoming flick Maestro is due for streaming on Disney + Hotstar on 17th of this month. The makers increased the pace in promotions as the release date is fast approaching. Pre-release event of the movie is celebrated in a grand manner today in Hyderabad.

Tamannaah said, “I’m happy to attend a pre-release function, after a long time. True love gives you freedom and wings. Because of my fans love on me, I took the bold decision to play a negative shaded role. When I got the offer, I realized that it will work in any language. I’m really happy to do this kind of film with Nithiin, rather than a love story. It’s in actor’s hand to do different roles. I think it’s a brave move on Nithiin’s part, because it’s very difficulty to play a blind person. Presenting the subject in such an entertaining format, all the credit goes to Gandhi. I thank Sudhakar Reddy for giving me the opportunity.”

Merlapaka Gandhi said, “I was planning to do a film with Nithiin for a long time. I wished to make a comedy and commercial entertainer, though I’m fortunate to do an artistic film. Nithiin has done a tremendous job. Tamannaah will prove to be a great actor. Nabha is very dedicated.”

Nabha Natesh said, “We are going to see a new movie on 17th. After second movie, we have watched a lots of content. Though we are not coming to theatres, we want to come in and bring smiles on your faces. I felt so excited, when I was offered the film. It’s my first ever remake. I was bit nervous initially. It’s my first film with Nithiin. His energy is in different zone. He’s very commendable in playing his role.”

Nithiin said, “First of all, I apologize to my fans, as we couldn’t allot passes, due to covid restrictions. Andhadhun was a cult film in Hindi. I initially hesitated to do the remake. But, as an actor, I wanted to take the risk. The first name that came to our mind was Merlapaka Gandhi. The soul is there, though we made some changes by adding more humor. Mahati’s RR and Yuvraj’s camera works were exceptional and theatrical release would have given great experience. Tamannaah took the brave decision and Nabha played her part well. Love scenes will be more in Maestro compared to the original. Mangli will become a busy actor, after the release. Naresh who played my father in few films will be seen in the same role in my next as well.”
