Band Melam: Love Is Expressed Better In Tears

Court fame Harsh Roshan and Apalla Sridevi are playing the lead roles in the upcoming Telugu film titled Band Melam. Kona Venkat is producing the film, and Sathish Javvaji is the director.

Interestingly, the team launched a special promo today, celebrating the occasion of Valentine’s Day. The glimpse unveils the world in which the film exists and also gives some clarity on the lead characters.

The glimpse is charged emotionally, where Harsh Roshan is seen boozing with his friends. In an emotional moment, with tears in his eyes, Harsh shares how he once considered Sridevi as his life partner but is now left heartbroken.

Explaining the same feelings, he also says he would rather tie the knot with his male friend who stood by him throughout his life than the girl for whom he considered everything.

“Sometimes love is expressed better in tears,” is what the teaser hints about. The film is shot in the rural parts of Andhra Pradesh. Sridevi is introduced in multiple shots. The glimpse hints at a teen romance which also involves human emotions and heartbreak. The music by Vijay Bulganin added freshness to the film.

The film is produced by Kavya and Shravya under the Kona Film Corporation banner, with Kona Venkat presenting it. The film will hit the screens on March 13th.
